Travel planning and visa assistance for both business and leisure travel.

3. Eligibility

5. Travel-Related Services
   Our travel-related services are limited to providing support for visa applications, travel documentation, and bookings. We do not guarantee the issuance of visas or travel permits, as these are granted at the discretion of the respective authorities.

5.1 Travel Documentation
We assist in the preparation and submission of necessary documents for visa applications. However, we are not responsible for the decision of embassies, consulates, or other relevant authorities.

5.2 Visa Denials and Refunds
In the event that a visa application is denied, Global Gateway Group will provide documentation support to help appeal or resubmit, where applicable. However, service fees already paid will not be refundable unless explicitly stated.

6. Service Fees and Payments
   All service fees are quoted before engagement and must be paid as per the payment terms outlined in your service agreement.

6.1 Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic payment methods. All payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed upon.

6.2 Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only in cases where services were not provided as agreed due to the fault of Global Gateway Group. No refunds will be issued for delays caused by external authorities or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
   We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. Personal information provided to us for legal or travel services will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
   Global Gateway Group will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from visa denials, travel disruptions, or delays.
9. Force Majeure
   We will not be held liable for delays or failures in providing our services due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes, or technical failures.
10. Amendments to Terms
    We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Global Gateway Group operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
